Who is Allison
Mitchell?
Allison
is an NLP coach, trainer and speaker. She is author of
‘Time Management for Manic Mums – Get Control of Your Life
in Seven Weeks’. She is also the author of ‘How to Stop
Your Kids Driving You Mad’ and co-author of ‘Making It –
Women Entrepreneurs reveal their Secrets of Success’ both to
be released in 2007.
Allison
is the founder of Mums and Dads, and specialises in ‘mum
coaching’. She has spent her entire career working in the
field of human development both in international blue chip
companies and in her own private practice. By
combining her seasoned business, coaching and psychology
skills, she has developed her own methodology to produce an
insightful, practical and fun approach to parenting and time
management.

Allison
trained in Europe’s only International Coaching Federation
(ICF) accredited NLP coach programme and is a graduate of
the US based “Advanced Parent as Coach Academy.” She is an
NLP Master Practitioner and Certified Success Factor
Modeller. She has a Masters in Human Resource Management and
her first degree is in Management Science. If that all
sounds a bit too serious worry not, she’s also trained as a
stand up comic!
